Japanese Language Expert

If you are excited about this role and meet the criteria outlined below, you are encouraged to reach out to hr@etechnolab.com. **Role Overview:** As a Japanese language Expert in the DevOps team, your role will involve resolving customer queries, escalations, and handling critical situations. You will be responsible for managing emails, chats, and calls from customers in Japanese Language. Additionally, you will resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner, managing time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets. It is crucial to stay updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system. While an engineering degree is a HUGE plus, it is not mandatory. Exposure to a cloud platform is again a HUGE plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve Customer queries, escalations & handle critical situations. - Manage email, chats, calls from customers in Japanese Language. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner. - Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets. - Stay updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ Years of experience - UG: Diploma - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management - PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, CS Please note that the job is based in eTechnolab, Pune and is a Full-Time position.,
