German Language Expert

As a German language Expert at eTechno Lab Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our core team working on DevOps tasks within Google's advanced cloud platform. Your role will involve: - Resolving customer queries, escalations, and handling critical situations. - Demonstrating a good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, and cross-browser compatibility. - Addressing customer issues promptly and consistently. - Managing your time effectively to achieve daily individual and team ticket targets. - Staying updated on the internal ticketing system. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 4-5 years of relevant experience. - Educational qualifications: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Com in Commerce, Any Graduate in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S in Management. - Postgraduate qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization. - Certification level N2 or above in German language is required. This full-time position is based at eTechno Lab in Pune. While an engineering degree and exposure to cloud platforms are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
