- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) verbal and written.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident/problem management.
NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE).
- Experience with NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP and hybrid cloud storage.
- Understanding of backup/disaster recovery principles.
- Prior experience working with Japanese clients or offshore/onshore teams.
