US Roadside Assistance profile

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support calls for the

  US Roadside Assistance process

  in

  French and English

  .
• Assist customers with emergency roadside requests (towing, vehicle help, service coordination, etc.).
  
• Understand customer concerns, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive experience.
  
• Translate documents and communication between

  French and English

  , as required.
• Maintain records of interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  
• Meet performance metrics for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases.
  
• Adapt to process updates and client-specific guidelines.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education:

  12th Pass

  (Graduates/Undergraduates preferred).

• French language proficiency at B2 level

  DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication skills in

  French and English

  (spoken & written).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on web-based systems.
  

Experience:

• Freshers & experienced

  candidates are both welcome.
• Prior experience in

  customer service / BPO / translation

  is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational US shifts

• Rotational weekly offs

• 5 days working

Compensation:

• 60,000 to 75,000 per month

  (based on language proficiency & experience)

Additional Information:

• No cab or meal facility

  provided.

• Work From Office – Noida

  only.
