About the Role

Grace Staffing Services is hiring French Language Experts for the Process (Airline & Hotel Booking).
You will handle voice-based interactions in French, assisting customers with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related queries, ensuring clear communication, empathy, and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers.
• Assist with flight and hotel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and service quality.
• Work effectively in night shifts with flexibility for rotational offs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC or Graduate (any stream).
• French Proficiency: DELF B2 certification (mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Must be willing to relocate to Mumbai immediately after selection.

Relocation Details

• Company-provided flight ticket for relocation to Mumbai from any part of India.
• 15 days of complimentary accommodation upon joining.
• Candidates must be ready for immediate relocation post-selection.
• Office location and transport details shared during the final interview.
