Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali for a Freight Coordinator, Dispatcher, Sales Coordinator. The position involves coordinating and dispatching freight, managing import and export logistics, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The Freight Coordinator will handle daily tasks such as updating shipment statuses, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the logistics team to meet client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Experience in freight coordination, dispatch, or sales support
• Knowledge of import/export logistics and US transportation processes (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to TMS/CRM systems
• Relevant experience in logistics or a related field is a plus
