Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing daily operations including customer service, dispatching, freight brokerage, and brokerage services. Additionally, the role includes account management to ensure long-term relationships with clients.

• Customer Service and Dispatching skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the logistics industry is a plus
