Freight Broker

About the Role:

TechyTrion is looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.
• Negotiate rates and secure loads to maximize profitability.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery with excellent communication.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, loads, and communications.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues during the shipment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client network.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum

  6 months to 2 years

  of experience in

  US freight brokerage

  (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the

  US logistics and trucking industry

  .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good problem-solving attitude and customer service orientation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if experienced).
• Prior experience with

  active shipper contacts

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
