Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in the Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for facilitating freight transactions, managing carrier partnerships, negotiating rates, and overseeing dispatch operations. The role also involves handling customer service interactions, maintaining existing client accounts, and developing new customer relationships. The position requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage, with the ability to efficiently connect shippers and carriers.
• Strong skills in Dispatching and managing logistics to ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management, with a focus on building long-term relationships and exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in the logistics and freight brokerage industry is preferred.
