What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow your

  existing client relationships

• Source, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity for OTR and/or drayage freight
• Coordinate and track freight shipments from pickup to delivery
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with shippers and carriers
• Ensure exceptional service standards for every shipment

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years

  proven experience as a

  Freight Broker / Agent

  in North America

• Active book of business

  with direct shipper relationships (must provide examples during the interview)
• Demonstrated success moving

  OTR and/or drayage freight

• Existing carrier network and ability to source capacity quickly
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with TMS systems, load boards, and standard business communication tools
