Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in the Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The Freight Broker will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage Experience in Customer Service and Account Management Dispatching skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
