Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in the Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The Freight Broker will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally. A Freight Broker acts as a key intermediary between shippers (clients) and carriers (transport companies). Your primary responsibility will be to identify, negotiate, and contract with carriers , while also sourcing and managing business from shippers.
