Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, including coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, securing shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also includes managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing dispatch operations, and maintaining accurate records to track shipments and accounts effectively. Qualifications Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management Proficiency in Dispatching and ensuring timely coordination with carriers Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry standards is a plus Proficiency in using software tools and technology for freight tracking Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
