Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT & Non-IT roles.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients for selection.
Ensure timely closure of mandates.
Client Coordination & Support:
Understand client requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
HR Operations (Virtual HR Support):
Assist clients with onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Draft and manage HR policies, letters, and documentation.
Contractual & Staffing Support:
Support temporary/contractual hiring and workforce planning.
Ensure smooth deployment and compliance for contractual staff.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Provide weekly updates on progress and performance.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in HR / Recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Portals, Social Media).
Good knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment (freelancing experience preferred).
Engagement & Compensation
Flexible freelance engagement.
Performance-based payouts (per closure / project).

Pay: ₹9,233.15 - ₹30,399.77 per month
