Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for conducting on-site training sessions, developing and updating curriculum, and providing hands-on training to students. Tasks include delivering instructional content, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and staying current with industry advancements. The Freelance Trainer will also collaborate with the PROITKEYS team to ensure training programs meet market demands and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering IT training
• Strong understanding of current IT trends, tools, and practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficient in various training methodologies and learning management systems
• Relevant IT certifications and practical industry experience are a plus
• Capability to work independently and within a team setup
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
