Job Title: Freelance Soft Skills & Product Trainer Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-1, Gurgaon (HR) Type: Freelance/Contract We are Seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Soft Skills & Product Trainer to join enhance our internal capabilities and support our initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a flexible environment and is passionate about transforming individuals' and teams' performance. You will be instrumental in bridging skill gaps, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring comprehensive product understanding. Core Responsibilities and Deliverables: Soft Skills Training: Design, customize, and deliver compelling workshops and training sessions on a broad spectrum of soft skills, including but not limited to: Leadership Development & Coaching Team Collaboration & Dynamics Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Time Management & Productivity Customer Service Excellence Product Training: Develop and deliver in-depth product training programs for internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Support). Gain a thorough understanding of our products/services. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer, consultant, or facilitator, with a demonstrated track record in both soft skills and product training. Extensive experience in developing and delivering engaging content for diverse audiences, from entry-level to senior leadership. Strong command over adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
