Job Description

Job Title: Garment Production Executive Company: SALT Attire Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential bottlenecks. Quality Control: Ensure garments meet quality standards and specifications, conduct inspections, and address defects. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Communication and Reporting: Communicate production status and issues to management, and prepare production performance reports. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures and monitor safety equipment. Coordination: Coordinate with other departments like quality control, warehouse, and engineering to ensure smooth workflow. Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee production budgets and ensure cost effectiveness. Addressing Production Issues: Address and resolve issues like defects or delays during production.
