Freelance Trainer

Job Description: Arna Accounting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Freelance Trainer to conduct periodic, on-site training sessions for our staff. The trainer will be required to visit our office either once every 15 days or once a month to deliver structured and impactful corporate training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1-hour training sessions on a variety of corporate topics, such as: Compliance, Accounting, Soft Skills, Professional Communication & Language, Workplace Discipline, IT & Cybersecurity Awareness, Other relevant corporate training areas as needed Design and prepare engaging training content, including presentations (PPTs) and supplementary materials. Adapt training methods to suit the audience’s learning styles and job roles. Utilize tools to manage attendance, gather feedback, and assess training effectiveness. Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with professional workplace standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or educator. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop customized and engaging training materials. Availability to conduct in-person sessions at our Ahmedabad office on a biweekly or monthly basis. Familiarity with corporate training topics such as cybersecurity, communication, and professional conduct is preferred.
