Consultant eSourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support buyers in the preparation and execution of tenders using eSourcing platforms such as Scanmarket and Keelvar.
2. Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, including guiding them through registration and participation in tenders.
3. Prepare, conduct, and monitor eAuctions under the supervision of a subject matter expert, ensuring smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
4. Track auction progress, analyze results, and prepare post-auction summaries and insights.
5. Manage the shared eSourcing mailbox, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support sourcing activities.
7. Assist in process automation, including creating and maintaining basic bots and automated workflows under expert guidance.
8. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and eSourcing best practices.

Skills Required

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong interest in technology, automation, and digital tools.
• Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with eSourcing tools such as Scanmarket and Keelvar is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good stakeholder management and supplier communication skills.
