Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Support Specialist to provide technical support and development for our warehouse management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP warehouse management processes and hands-on experience with label design, template creation, Adobe Forms, and integration of printing devices used in warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and related modules Design and maintain labels and templates for warehouse operations using industry-standard tools Develop and customize Adobe Forms for various warehouse documentation needs Integrate and troubleshoot printing devices within the warehouse management system Collaborate with business users and IT teams to analyze, resolve, and document issues Assist in testing and deployment of changes, patches, and enhancements Ensure smooth operation of SAP WM processes and timely resolution of support tickets Required Skills and Experience Strong experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) production support Proficiency in label design and template development for warehouse printing needs Hands-on experience with Adobe Forms customization and development Knowledge of integrating printing devices with SAP systems Familiarity with SAP OPAL L (or similar SAP printing/integration tools) Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues effectively Strong communication skills for coordinating with end-users and technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP integration and middleware technologies Knowledge of SAP modules related to logistics and supply chain management Prior experience working in a fast-paced production support environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests Show more Show less
