Role Description

Freelance SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes covering service orders, service execution, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
• Ensure seamless end-to-end service-based Order-to-Cash process flows across SAP systems
• Configure and optimize S2C processes in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments
• Integrate S2C with key SAP modules including FI/CO, Service Management, and SAP CX / CRM
• Configure pricing, service contracts, and credit management in SAP
• Support and coordinate integrations with external systems such as CRM platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways
• Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and present solution designs
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure solution quality and successful delivery
• Mentor junior consultants and review functional deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices

• 10+ years

  of overall

  SAP functional experience

• 5+ years

  of strong hands-on experience in

  SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C)

• Proven experience leading

  S2C implementations or enhancements

• Strong configuration experience in:
• Service orders
• Billing and invoicing
• Revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP S/4HANA or ECC

• Strong integration knowledge across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to lead delivery in complex enterprise environments
