About the Role:

Were seeking proactive and resourceful freelance recruiters to support our growing hiring mandates. This is a remote opportunity with flexible engagement models, ideal for professionals who thrive in independent, goal-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across industries
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates
Maintain candidate databases and reporting trackers
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Ensure timely closures and quality submissions

Qualifications:

Prior experience in recruitment (agency or freelance) preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Candidates from Delhi/NCR, Pune, Mumbai, or Kolkata preferred
