Role Overview: As a Freelance Recruiter at Infiniserve IT solution Inc., your primary responsibility will be to identify and source talented candidates for various positions. You will conduct interviews, coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, and support both employers and job seekers throughout the hiring process. Your tasks will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source qualified candidates for temporary, permanent, or contract positions - Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications - Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure fulfillment - Create job descriptions and post job ads to attract potential candidates - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools effectively - Maintain candidate databases and keep track of candidate information - Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates - Support employers and job seekers throughout the hiring process Qualifications Required: - Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools - Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Experience in the IT sector is a plus,
