About The Company

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions across different sectors (IT/Non-IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, etc.).
• Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Meet defined targets for closures and turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment trackers.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic recruitment or staffing (agency or freelance).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with an understanding of various job portals and social networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Good understanding of Indian job market trends and salary structures.
• Laptop/PC and good internet connectivity.
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in hiring for entry to mid-level positions across industries.
• Prior experience working with a staffing/recruitment agency.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
