Flexing It has partnered with Our client an Indian multinational automotive manufacturer looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of leading Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing projects from initial feasibility analysis and system design through to procurement, installation, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end execution of BESS projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery - Conduct feasibility assessments and develop technical and financial project plans - Oversee system design, vendor coordination, and implementation phases - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction Skills Required - Proven experience managing large-scale BESS or renewable energy projects - Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies - Technical background in energy systems is preferred Show more Show less
