Role Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and extend

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

  • Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions using

    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

  • Automate workflows and approvals using

    Power Automate

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using

    Power Platform connectors, plugins, or custom APIs

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Develop reports and dashboards using

    Power BI

    (optional)
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform applications
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance guidelines

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development

  • Proficiency in

    Power Apps

    ,

    Power Automate

    , and

    Dataverse (CDS)

  • Experience with custom connectors, flows, and integrations
  • Familiarity with

    JavaScript

    ,

    Plugins (C#)

    ,

    Workflows

    , and

    Business Rules

    in Dynamics
  • Understanding of solution management, environment strategy, and ALM in Power Platform
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with

    Power BI

    ,

    Azure Functions

    , or

    Power Virtual Agents

  • Familiarity with

    SharePoint

    ,

    Teams integration

    , or

    Dynamics Portals
