Job Description

It's a freelance recruitment role. You would need to find good freelance AI Trainers and you'll get Rs. 1000 for each successful hire. There's no fixed salary.

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist freelance AI Trainers across industries using online platforms and networks.
Conduct interviews and evaluate trainers for expertise, teaching ability, and project fit.
Manage end-to-end hiring, including negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining a talent pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

25 years proven experience in recruitment, with strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Ability to assess and hire freelancers, trainers, or niche technical talent across industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; self-driven and able to work independently.
