Role Description

freelance Full-Stack Developer

Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable

  GraphQL APIs

  using

  GraphQL Yoga

  and

  GraphQL Mesh

  .
• Develop

  Node.js + TypeScript

  backend services integrated with AWS components (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge).
• Collaborate with frontend developers using

  React

  (and React Native where applicable).
• Optimize API performance and schema design for flexibility and maintainability.
• Implement and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  for application deployment on AWS.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services.

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong GraphQL expertise (70% focus)

  – including

  Yoga Schema

  and

  GraphQL Mesh

  .

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript

  for backend development.

• AWS experience

  , including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.

• Frontend experience with React

  (and React Native is a plus).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and AWS deployment best practices.
• Strong understanding of modern API design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total software development experience.
• Prior freelance or remote development experience.
• Familiarity with serverless frameworks and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
