Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking for a Consultant- Graphic Designer.

Roles & Responsibilities;

- Develop innovative design concepts that align with Schneider Electric's brand and vision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own the entire process from brief to execution to create visually compelling and effective marketing materials.

- Apply design thinking to solve complex problems and enhance user experiences.

- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.

- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

- Utilize AI platforms effectively to enhance design processes and outcomes.

- Leverage trending social media formats to ideate and suggest concepts that integrate well with our brand messaging

Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with web design and development.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively showcase work andcollaborate across different work streams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and diverse design work (Behance/Dribbble preferred).
• Excellent design fundamentals, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
