Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance representative based in Kolhapur. The freelancer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting a range of Eureka Forbes products, and providing personalized product recommendations. The individual will assist clients in understanding the benefits of the products, ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales. Regular collaboration with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experiences is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
• Sales aptitude and ability to recommend products based on customer needs
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
• Experience in direct selling, customer service, or retail sales is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site environment
• A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality customer interactions
• Familiarity with water purification, air quality systems, or related industries is a plus
• Fluency in local languages spoken in Kolhapur and an understanding of the cultural context
