Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Freelance role located in Kolhapur. The role involves promoting and selling Eureka Forbes products while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, understanding customer needs, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining sales records and contributing to team targets through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Ability to demonstrate, promote, and sell products effectively while building strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Service Skills: Skilled in understanding customer needs, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational and Record-Keeping Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and managing time effectively.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Comfortable working within a team environment to achieve business goals.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
