Position : Job Description for Business Development Manager (Punjab) Base Location : Ludhiana Territory : Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Nawanshahr, Phagwara, Banga, Pathankot, and surrounding areas. Role : · Business development for increasing referrals of hearing loss patients for diagnostics as well as for hearing aids · Increase Hearing Aids sales and Cochlear Implants in the region · Oversee clinic performance and retail chain expansion in your territory Responsibilities : · Responsible for doctor marketing and business development activities in your territory · Responsible for clinic operations and service delivery at the clinics in your territory · Seek and explore ENT tie-ups, hospital tie-ups and outsourcings with doctors · Actively conduct camps and outreach programmes in the area · Conduct CMEs to educate referring doctors and increasing company’s brand recall as a premium player in the sector. Previous Experience : · Relevant business development role with experience in diagnostic labs, medical devices or hospital or derma/ IVF clinics · Previous experience in meeting ENTs, Neuros, Paediatric doctors · Experience in interacting with patients · Existing contacts with ENTs would be a bonus Must have: · Minimum experience of 4+ years in healthcare sector · 2-wheeler · Minimum graduate level degree · Should be comfortable in Hindi, Punjabi & English Package : · Range of 4.2 lacs to 5.8 lacs depending on relevant experience and seniority · Role will have a fixed salary as well as performance-based incentives About the Company : Anand Hearing Care Pvt Ltd is a leading chain of audiology and hearing aid dispensing centres in North India.
