We are seeking experienced Telesales Executives and Managers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance telesales or related domains. The role involves handling outbound calls, explaining insurance products, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Lead and motivate a telesales team (for Manager roles) to achieve daily and monthly targets. Ensure adherence to compliance, call quality, and process guidelines. Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM systems. Achieve conversion and revenue goals consistently. Handle objections and escalations effectively to close sales. Provide training and mentoring to junior telesales agents (for Manager role). Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
