Insurance Telesales Manager

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Lead and motivate a telesales team (for Manager roles) to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, call quality, and process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM systems.
• Achieve conversion and revenue goals consistently.
• Handle objections and escalations effectively to close sales.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior telesales agents (for Manager role).
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in insurance or financial products.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.
