JOB OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Write ad copy for multiple platforms: Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram ads, LinkedIn ads, display banners, etc.
• Create multiple versions (headlines, sub‑heads, calls‑to‑action) for A/B testing.
• Adapt tone, style, messaging for different target audiences and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure ad visuals and copy work together.
• Research product/service offerings, competitor ads, customer pain points to inform compelling messaging.
• Ensure compliance with ad platform policies (character limits, guidelines, format).
• Revise copy based on feedback and campaign performance data (e.g. CTR, conversion rate).
• Keep updated on ad trends, best practices, new formats, and emerging advertising channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  writing ad copy (digital, display, paid social, search etc.).
• Strong portfolio showing ads that have achieved measurable results (clicks, conversions, engagement etc.).
• Excellent command of language: grammar, style, clarity, creativity.
• Able to write in diverse tones and for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and best practices (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization.
• Good research skills: audience insights, competitor analysis, keyword research.
• Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, able to take feedback, iterate quickly.
