Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical fresher to join our marketing team as a Performance Marketing Trainee . This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn how to plan, implement, and analyse digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and more. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Execution & Monitoring · Assist in setting up and launching ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms. · Regularly monitor ad performance and report key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting · Maintain performance dashboards and track campaign metrics. · Work with Excel/Google Sheets to create weekly and monthly performance reports. 3. Keyword & Audience Research · Support in identifying the right audience segments and keywords for each campaign. · Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Meta Audience Insights, etc. 4. Ad Copy & Creative Coordination · Work with the content and design teams to brief creatives and copy based on campaign objectives. · Help A/B test different creatives and messaging for performance optimization. 5. Sales Tracking & Daily Updates · Monitor and update daily sales data from all platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.) in the master Excel sheet. · Coordinate with the e-commerce and sales team to ensure accuracy of daily records. 6. Budget Handling & Optimization Support · Monitor daily spends and flag under/over-delivery of budgets. · Assist in bid and budget adjustments based on campaign performance.
