Role Overview

Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit diverse video content (social media reels, ads, YouTube, interviews, brand films, etc.)
• Cut raw footage into polished, engaging final outputs
• Handle color correction, audio syncing, sound mixing, transitions, effects
• Organize and manage project files, version control, asset libraries
• Collaborate with creative leads, marketing, and producers to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and animate motion elements: titles, lower thirds, intros/outros, overlays
• Create basic 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography and transitions
• Build reusable templates, motion design assets, graphic overlays
• Occasionally produce static graphic assets (thumbnails, end cards, social templates)

Must‑Have Qualifications & Skills

• 2.5+ years of professional experience

  in video editing and 3D motion graphics

• Prior experience in an agency

  or creative production environment
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

• Working knowledge of

  Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator

  (for designing visual assets)
• Strong storytelling sense, pacing, visual design aesthetic
• Understanding of digital content formats & best practices (Instagram, Reels, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized workflows

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in

  sound design

  , voiceover editing
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of video trends, platform best practices, emerging formats
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic 3D software or motion plugins (Cinema 4D, Element 3D, etc.)

Educational / Background Preference

• Candidate should preferably have studied from a

  reputed institute / film / design school
