About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality

  motion graphics

  , animations, and video assets for digital campaigns, social media, product explainers, advertisements, and brand content.
• Design

  visual concepts, storyboards, style frames

  , and motion studies based on project briefs.
• Animate typography, illustrations, UI elements, and 2D/3D assets with attention to pacing and narrative flow.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Edit video content, add effects/compositing, and enhance footage when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Stay updated on design and animation trends, motion styles, and tool advancements.
• Ensure all creative outputs follow brand identity, tone, and quality standards.

Requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia creation.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in creating promotional videos, reels, banners, and animated graphics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
