We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Freelance Academic Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue for our academic services. The ideal candidate will have experience in education or edtech sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in academic institutions, coaching centers, or student communities. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the academic/education sector. Build strategic relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and universities. Pitch academic products/services (e.g., curriculum content, research help, test prep, online courses). Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Generate leads through cold calling, social media, emails, and on-ground outreach. Negotiate contracts and close deals with academic partners. Provide regular reports on sales progress and market feedback. Key Skills Required:Proven sales or business development experience (preferably in education or edtech). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools and online marketing strategies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience in freelance, remote, or commission-based sales roles. Understanding of academic processes, student recruitment, or institutional partnerships.
