Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic Surveillance team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our platforms from fraudulent behavior, gameplay manipulation, and any form of policy abuse. You’ll be expected to detect and prevent activities such as chip dumping, collusion, bonus abuse, and more—especially within our poker ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Monitor gameplay and transaction patterns to detect suspicious behavior and fraudulent activity. Investigate reports of fraud, gameplay manipulation, chip dumping, collusion, and bonus abuse. Use data analytics tools and dashboards to track anomalies and trends. Collaborate with product, legal, and customer support teams to address fraud cases and enforce policies. Document investigations clearly and recommend corrective actions. Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and suggest platform improvements. Ensure adherence to Baazi Games’ compliance standards and fraud protocols. Prepare and share fraud investigation reports with stakeholders. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud analysis, surveillance, or risk management—preferably in gaming or a tech startup. Poker game knowledge is mandatory ; understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and industry norms. Experience with fraud investigation tools, dashboards, and techniques. Ability to work in rotational shifts , including weekends. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Show more Show less
