Frappe Developer

You are a skilled Frappe Developer with 3-6 years of experience who will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ERP solutions using the Frappe framework and ERPNext. Your expertise in module development, system customization, integrations, and support will be crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing ERP modules and applications using the Frappe framework and ERPNext. You will tailor ERP solutions to meet business-specific needs and industry standards, build and maintain custom applications, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Additionally, you will create new modules or extend existing ones to enhance ERP system functionality, configure the Frappe ERP system to align with business workflows and processes, and integrate Frappe ERP with external systems using APIs and webhooks. Your role will also involve developing scripts and automation tools to optimize ERP processes, performing testing and quality assurance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining technical documentation. You must have proven experience with the Frappe framework and ERPNext, strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL, hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, React, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and deployment strategies is required. Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks for system integrations, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex ERP issues are essential for this role. You will also need to stay updated with Frappe framework and ERPNext advancements, implement best practices, collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams for seamless ERP implementation, and ensure compliance with ERP best practices and industry standards. Providing support and training to end-users on Frappe ERP functionalities and best practices, conducting training sessions for internal teams and end-users on ERPNext features and improvements are also part of your responsibilities.,
