Frappe Developer - Calicut (2+ Years)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in developing and customizing applications on the Frappe framework. The ideal candidate should be capable of gathering and analyzing client requirements, building robust solutions, and have prior exposure to Next ERP (ERPNext).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe framework and Next ERP (ERPNext).
• Design and implement modules, workflows, and integrations based on client needs.
• Debug, test, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, QA) to deliver projects on time.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ERPNext applications.
• Keep up to date with Frappe/ERPNext updates and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of development experience with Frappe framework.
• Hands-on exposure to Next ERP (ERPNext) module customization and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, and REST API integrations.
• Ability to translate client business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL database design and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills to interact directly with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for ERP customizations.
• Understanding of cloud deployment and server management (Linux).
• Prior involvement in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
