Sr TL Franchise Development - National Franchise EPC

Core Responsibilities:

Stake holder management to ensure timely completion of projects.
Handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and other related court cases to safeguard the

companys interests.

Franchise Offers
Develop franchise offers and manage its communication on varied platforms.
Evaluate the developed business models regularly, benchmark with industry standards,

and tweak offering to keep it updated.

Franchise Development
Monitor franchise pipeline and undertake initiatives for generating leads for franchise

selection.

Project manage the franchise selection process for sites and ensure completion within

timelines.

Handholding and onboarding of new franchisees till the OTP stage.

Strategic Partnership
Identify customer market research needs and build these into appropriate research briefs

with the Marketing Services team to support the project build-up in the specific use case.

Participate in the research and related insights gathering.
Project manage & execute the offer development projects including pilots to understand the effectiveness of offers and modifying them to suit the customer/supplier.
Build RBML presence in the area to enable future activities and rapidly scale up our value-

generating potential
