Project Manager (Engineering Coordinator - Offshore)

Looking for candidates from engineering background those who hold good experience in project coordination for offshore projects only.

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and support engineering activities for offshore projects, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables, compliance with project specifications, and effective communication between multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering deliverables across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) for offshore projects.
• Liaise with design consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and technical requirements.
• Review and track engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with international offshore standards and client specifications.
• Facilitate technical meetings and maintain records of decisions and action items.
• Assist in procurement technical evaluations and vendor document reviews.
• Interface with site teams and offshore personnel for engineering clarifications.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for project management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Must have hands-on similar experience in engineering coordination, preferably in offshore or EPC projects with minimum 10-15 years of solid hands on experience in offshore projects
• Familiarity with offshore engineering codes and standards (API, DNV, ABS, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international clients and multi-location teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
• Exposure to offshore construction or fabrication yards.
