Franchisee Development

We are hiring a Franchise Development Executive for our team at Ralph Ryker Learning, located in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. This role is essential in our mission to empower young graduates with industry-ready skills in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners across target geographies.

- Managing the entire franchise development lifecycle from lead generation to signing agreements.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.

- Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and untapped regions.

- Ensuring franchise partners comply with company policies and operational standards.

- Supporting franchisees in setting up operations and training.

- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition and business growth.

- Coordinating with internal teams to provide end-to-end support to franchisees.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2 – 7 years of proven experience in franchise development, business development, channel sales, or partnership management, preferably in EdTech, Education, BFSI, or related sectors.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
