Franchisee Development

As a Franchise Development Executive at Ralph Ryker Learning, located in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, your role is crucial in our mission to equip young graduates with industry-ready skills in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in target geographies. - Manage the entire franchise development lifecycle from lead generation to signing agreements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. - Conduct market research to discover growth opportunities and untapped regions. - Ensure franchise partners adhere to company policies and operational standards. - Support franchisees in setting up operations and providing training. - Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition and business growth. - Coordinate with internal teams to offer end-to-end support to franchisees. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-7 years of proven experience in franchise development, business development, channel sales, or partnership management, preferably in EdTech, Education, BFSI, or related sectors. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
