Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchisee Business Manager based in Raipur. The Franchisee Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, ensuring franchisee compliance with company policies, and providing ongoing support and training to franchisees. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, addressing franchisee queries, developing growth strategies, and assisting in financial planning and reporting. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to ensure the success and profitability of franchises.
