Franchise Support Manager

As the industry demands Skilled Manpower, we too, expanded our horizon by providing practical training to our students and support them with placement at top companies and MNCs.We have 100+ regional centers spread out over PAN India in 23+ states. have a channel of 30+ placement offices across Pan India that connect and facilitate the process of matching qualified candidates from different regions with suitable employers and job opportunities.We are actively looking for Franchise Support Managers for Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective franchise marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and support franchisee performance to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Conduct market research to identify new franchise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners.
• Organize and lead training programs for new and existing franchisees.
• Assist franchisees in operational management and troubleshooting.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for franchise operations.
• Create and manage the franchise budget, projecting operational costs and revenue.
• Coordinate with the legal team on franchise agreements and compliance issues.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between franchisors and franchisees.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on performance and market insights.
• Develop and implement operational manuals and training materials.
• Lead franchise recruitment initiatives to expand the network.
• Ensure that franchisees adhere to operational protocols and best practices.
• Manage conflict resolution effectively within franchisee relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of work experience in Franchise

Expansion, Franchise Network, Channel Expansion, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition

• Proficiency in explaining the business models to, SMEs, Investors, Distributors, from

diverse background

• Candidate must have exceptional communicational and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to close business.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target driven environment
• Candidates from Education Industry will be preferred
