Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Sec-48, Gurugram. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing the sales process, and establishing new franchises. Daily tasks include developing business plans, handling franchising logistics, communicating with potential franchisees, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves providing ongoing support to franchise partners to ensure their success.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
