Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing leads, developing business plans, and overseeing the franchise sales process. Daily tasks will include communication with potential franchisees, managing franchising operations, and ensuring successful implementation of business strategies.

Qualifications

Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills
Business Planning and Franchising experience
Excellent Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Experience in the fast-food industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
