Franchise Sales Manager

Position - Area Manager ( Franchise Sales ) Location - Bhopal, Indore, Raipur, Jabalpur, Rajkot & Ratnagiri Experience - Minimum 3+ Year's of Experience in Franchise Sales Or Educational Sales Job Description: The role reports to the Cluster Manager and is responsible for franchise acquisition / expansion of Pre schools. The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner. Key Responsibilities:  Responsible to expand x franchise Preschool in the assigned territory as per the goals of the regions.  Sign up new franchise Preschool at identified and validated locations.  In order to expand x franchise signup in the assigned territory, the person is responsible to generate prospects by conducting various on ground field activities.  Conduct business presentation and evaluate the potential of business partners for x expansion.  Responsible for revenue arising from franchise fee collection from new x signup.  Provide intelligence related to market changes.  Adhere to laid down a procedure and process as per the function requirements.  To create reports as per the guideline and process of the functions. Qualification & Requisite:  Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience range of 5+ years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.  Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel extensively (at least eighteen to twenty days in a month) Desired Skills & Qualities:  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills  Strong Networking and Presentation Skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Interested candidates can send their resumes Mail .
